Content Exec

We`re looking for a new Content Exec to join our content team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creation and delivery of high-quality content that inspires, informs, and converts customers across all channels. You`ll work closely with supplier partners to uncover compelling product stories and translate them into engaging visual and written assets that elevate the customer journey from discovery to post purchase. Your output will directly support commercial targets, customer experience improvements, and brand consistency across Dreams` product portfolio.

• Lead the end-to-end production of video, photography and supporting content for Frames & Furniture, from concept through to delivery.
• Develop creative assets that inspire customers and strengthen online and instore experiences.
• Produce platform specific content tailored to PDPs, buying guides and retail environments.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure content aligns with commercial goals and customer needs.
• Manage agency relationships across creative production, including briefing, feedback rounds, timelines, cost approval and quality assurance.
• Monitor agency performance through clear KPIs, ensuring high standards and efficient delivery.
• Contribute to broader content programmes across all Dreams brands, including launches, seasonal updates, and brand building activity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workload effectively and ensuring all content is delivered on time and on brief.
• Organise and attend off-site studio, lifestyle, and supplier ed shoots as needed.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced retail or agency environment delivering high-quality content to tight timelines and budgets.
• Strong understanding of content production workflows including planning, shoots, editing, and final delivery.
• Familiarity with video editing basics, or similar content tools (desirable, not essential).
• Comfortable interpreting performance data to inform content improvements.
• A positive, collaborative team player who builds strong relationships and communicates effectively.
• Highly organised with solid project management skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Confident giving feedback and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
